Bay House
Bay House is a residential development that will offer its residents new levels of luxury living courtesy of a portfolio of amenities and state-of-the-art integrated technology. The development includes 56 apartments and five exceptionally rare villas, each with its own rooftop terraces and pools. Amongst the many amenities at this new Monaco project include concierge and valet services, a luxurious spa, and fitness facilities. Located in the desirable district of Larvotto, Bay House residents will be within walking distance of the principality’s best amenities, including the re-developed Larvotto Beach and the refined offerings of Monte-Carlo.

Neuehouse
This unique five-storey building, which will replace the current Ni-Box complex, is scheduled to be completed in 2024 as part of a major transformation of the area, set to become completely green and home to a variety of sustainable projects. Neuehouse’s modern and spacious interior, filled with natural light, is designed to create a unique environment for member entrepreneurs and creatives. It will feature a number of private offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces, as well as a rooftop terrace and restaurant. The third floor will feature a pedestrian walkway that, in part, will overhang the Larvotto ramp.
Mareterra Monaco
Neuehouse’s walkway will connect it to the landmark eco-district, Mareterra, designed by award-winning architects Renzo Piano, Denis Valode and Michel Desvigne. Scheduled for completion in 2024, Mareterra Monaco is part of a massive multibillion-dollar land reclamation project that extends the coast of the principality while maintaining the integrity of marine life along its shores. Artfully designed elevated waterfront apartments will allow pedestrians unobstructed views of the sea and will be enhanced by lush gardens and open recreational green spaces. In addition to the expansive gardens, the 6-hectare development will include among the most sought-after luxury apartments and villas in Monaco, featuring state-of-the-art green technology in keeping with the principality’s goal of being carbon neutral by 2050.

Café de Paris
This iconic building, which has been a part of the Principality of Monaco since 1868, will receive a total of 40 million euros in renovation and expansion works. Two additional floors will be added to include a unique rooftop and a variety of boutiques. One of the exciting new additions will be restaurant Amazonico, a luxury rainforest-themed restaurant, which is already firmly established in Dubai, London, and Madrid. Amazonico will serve up Latin American cuisine and sushi amidst a lively and colourful setting.
The building’s exterior will also be transformed while still maintaining the iconic Belle Epoque style of the 1900s. Architects Alexandre Giraldi and Alain-Charles Perrot will modernise the Café de Paris, described as “the most beautiful square metreage in the world,” in keeping with the renovations to the rest of Casino Square while also preserving its architectural heritage. Renovations are expected to be completed by the end of June.
Fontvieille Shopping Centre
The popular shopping centre, which opened in 1992 and is built entirely on land reclaimed from the sea, is set to receive a complete overhaul, with new shops and restaurants being added to make it a more attractive destination for tourists and residents alike. Among the centre’s new shops will be those featuring luxury brands and local designers, plus there will be a full-service restaurant. Further, a 2-hectare park with 2,000 trees will be created to provide a sustainable green space near the Fontvieille port. The project, which is still in the planning stages, is scheduled to be completed by 2027.
