Rental costs are as follows:

  Rent and service charge provisions are collected for a period of 3 months (payable quarterly in advance).

  The security deposit is set at an amount equal to 3 months’ rent.

  Lease registration fees amount to 1% of the rent + charges for the first year of the lease, 2% for a 2-year lease, etc.

  Agency fees amount to 10% + VAT of the annual rent.
• •
  A lease lasts for a minimum of 1 year and generally a maximum of 3 years.
