Monte Carlo View
Monte Carlo View is a 19-storey residential tower. The architecture in the district consists of various residential building styles from contemporary to classical early 20th century, and Art Deco.
Monte Carlo View is a work of contemporary architecture; it respects typical features of classic Monaco architecture ; this project strives to resolve the dual problem of being a mixed-use building (residential units, offices), as well as a building with “symbolic” importance for Monaco.

Contemporary style apartments featuring generous living spaces and amazing views over Monaco, the Bay, Le Rocher and Fontvielle.
Location
The Jardin Exotique district is located in the north-west corner of Monaco. The neighbourhood is home to Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace, the Principality’s state-of-the-art hospital which includes a maternity wing as well as a pediatric emergency department. Two of Monaco’s most popular attractions are also located here: the cliffside botanical gardens which share its name, as well as the New National Museum of Monaco – Villa Paloma. The family-friendly Princess Antoinette park is another favourite destination. Residents of Jardin Exotique benefit from quick access to the A8 Autoroute, the main artery that links Monaco with Nice Côte d’Azur Airport and the rest of the French Riviera, while still being connected to busy commercial areas within the Principality, including Monte Carlo and La Condamine, via Monaco’s intricate network of elevators, escalators and staircases.
