AGEPRIM was founded in 1980 by Mr Gérard Brianti. Within a few years of its foundation, AGEPRIM became a key player in the monegasque luxury real estate market, carving its reputation with a high end international clientele through passion, seriousness and discretion.

Mr Gérard Brianti was actively involved in various stages of important real estate developments in Monaco: “Athos Palace” and “Le Méridien” in Fontvieille, “Résidence Mona” in Saint-Roman, “ Palais de la Plage” on the Larvotto beach, to name a few.
He was also a founder of the new sea extension project in the early 2010’s. As CEO, he directed the “Mareterra” development until he passed away in 2017.
In 2017, Mr Gérard Brianti’s eldest son, Stéphane Brianti, took over the leadership of AGEPRIM, further developing its leading position in sourcing and selling high end properties to HNW clients while remaining faithful to the company’s core values.
AGEPRIM singles itself out by providing access to exclusive off-market deals both in new developments and existing properties.

OUR AGENCY
Initially located in the Larvotto area, AGEPRIM witnessed the development of what became the new neighbourhood of Larvotto by the beach. In 1990, it moved its offices to its current location, occupying 350 m² of prime office space in the heart of the Carré d’or.
Through its existence, AGEPRIM has managed to successfully adapt to the evolving demands of its international clientele and provide unique real estate investment opportunities.
Looking forward, AGEPRIM is growing its rental portfolio by the means of acquisition and perpetuating the family tradition of contributing to the real estate development of Monaco.
